Do you work only with clients in India?
No. I work remotely with clients in India and internationally. Communication is handled via email, WhatsApp and video calls, with availability arranged to overlap your business hours.
Can ongoing support be added after the project?
Yes. Maintenance, technical management, SEO and design support are available on a monthly retainer or as-needed basis after launch.
Is JENOBIX a company or one person?
JENOBIX is the brand name of my independent practice. I personally lead and deliver every engagement, so you will always work directly with me.
What if my project requires expertise outside your services?
I will advise you at the outset. Where appropriate, I can recommend a qualified specialist, but no part of your project is ever delegated without your explicit approval.
